The Govt. had sponsored a new roof of aluminium sheets for 3 classrooms last year. However, as Kottayam is subject to extreme heat conditions through most of the year, the teachers and students find it difficult to manage with the new heat absorbent roof. A false ceiling will help cut down the heat considerably.
