The Tiny Seed is registered under the Kerala Trust Act having Reg. No. 350/IV/2013 dated 10 Dec 2013. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the standards of public and low-cost schools in Kerala.
VII. Object of The Trust
- The Tiny Seed encourages contributions of any amount towards specific projects.
- Projects may be funded by multiple donors.
- Donations are routed to schools for implementation.
- At least 85% of donations reach the intended cause.
VIII. Mission of the Organisation
- Assist educational authorities in meeting school needs.
- Engage communities in improving school standards.
- Create a comprehensive database of low-cost schools.
IX. Non-Refund of Donations
- All donations are non-refundable.
- Unfunded project donations are moved to the general fund.
