The Govt, under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) scheme, sanctioned Rs. 2,75,000 for the building of a much needed dining hall (that can be used as a multimedia room, auditorium etc.). After work began on the site, they withdrew part of their funding and asked for the school to fund Rs. 75,000 out of the whole amount. As the school has no PTA fund since its students are from poor backgrounds, the work has been stalled and they are stranded with no help. They have now requested for our assistance to complete the project.
